Lost reclining sofa cushion
Bought this sofa in 2018 through an American Freight store which is now closed. Acme was no help. Look up one of our other stores and order through them - the #s on the sofa are not the item item - Idk what I would even ask to order -

I ordered dresser and mirror and I only received the mirror never the dresser and really sucks because I really was looking forward to actually having a dresser in my room for my twins I waited all weekend for this and I never got it only the mirror! I hope yall made a mistake and I still get it or wake up to it in my yard

Bad customer service
I am contacting as this store in Phoenix Arizona is under your company CAMCO furniture I paid in full for a bedroom set and had never delivered the owner Mark Cameron and his wife Micaela Bahena comes up with excuses all the time and had promised a refund and still has not paid back I am not the only customer with this issue and wanted to see if you arehaving problems with him as distributor or if you can help somehow before putting out on social media and news. I appreciate your attention towards my concern.

My top of my dresser is peeling.
When I bought the furniture I thought I was buying good furniture. The finish is peeling and its only about fourteen months.

I order 2 sofa and 4 cheers the chairs comes covered with boxes they are in good condition the sofas its only been covered with a bag and its been damaged they have to cover it at least with bubbles or cardboard I want somebody to call me back so I can explain whats the problem

I just picked up my order from home depot near me. And I already called their customer representative and she took me here so I can have my replacements.
Cos there are missing hardware on my order. Since I had to pick it up they said I should reach you and ask for the replacement to be shipped out.

It was easy to assemble. Thats it.
The welds break very easy. We are super careful. When it broke I got a hold of the company. It took top management to sign off on sending me replacement parts.
After installation they broke again and in more places. I asked for a refund, they refused. After research, I found they have a D+ rating with the BBB. there is also the same complaint registered with BBB that I have.
I explained that these have sharp edges, also with COVID that our financial situation was tough and I appealed to their humanity and to do what is right and it fell on deaf ears.
I would not recommend purchasing from them. Beware, they have several items for sale here.

Received a Refund
I received a refund from the Seller, but still havent gotten the three support legs from Acme furniture. Acme does not reply to the customers needs.
I was taught a lesson. I wont be buying furniture online any longer.

Fake delivery link
I bought a acme brax motion 6 piece sectional with no problems taking my money and after a couple weeks i got a notice via e-mail saying I needed to schedule my delivery using the link below, well there was no link per se but e-mail http type numbers of about 18 or 20 I typed them in every which way imaginable just as they were and beyond, it only said it couldn't be found, I sent them e-mail after e-mail for 3 days nothing, now tonight I get the same e-mail with the same address which is not even there.

I contacted Walmart because I ordered a bed that we received and started to finally put it together yesterday and we are missing instructions and hardware for the stair part. We are needing them asap so we can get my daughters bed done.
Please respond asap. They also were getting a hold of you to get these to us quickly.

Can't get bed put together
We ordered a bed online from Walmart. The bed is manufactured by ACME.
It comes in three boxes, two smaller boxes which are delivered by either FedEx or UPS, and a third, larger box that has to be delivered by a freight company. The first time we ordered the bed, one of the boxes we received was for a different piece of furniture all together. The bed we ordered was a white, all wood bed; we received parts for a brown, upholstered bed. Walmart made us return the entire order, all three boxes, and reorder the bed.
The second time we received the bed, the large box had several pieces that arrived damaged, split in two. Once again, Walmart made us return the entire order. We tried to encourage our daughter to pick a different bed, something, anything else, but she did not find anything she liked as much. So we crossed our finger, ordered the same bed again, hoping the third time is the charm.
FedEx came to deliver the two smaller boxes and they were both the same. This time Walmart suggested we have the manufacturer, ACME, send us only the box that we needed. After talking and emailing directly with the parts department at ACME, they again sent us the wrong part. I have called Walmart multiple times and have emailed and called ACME to try to get the right part so we can finally get this bed put together and completed, and nothing.
No response, no call back, no email, nothing. The first time we ordered this bed was in February and this issue is still not resolved.
